The food was tasty and well-prepared, with lots of flavorful options. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was friendly. It wasn’t perfect, a few small things could be improved, but overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back.

Really enjoyed our brunch here. We had a large party of 10 and the service was great. Overall food was delicious - we enjoyed the kale Caesar, mixed greens salad, fried calamari, avocado toast short rib hash, grilled salmon, pan fried corn, milk bread french toast. Everything was perfectly prepared and made from quality ingredients. Nice wine list as well, would definitely return.

We are staying the night in Charlotte and we’re looking for a place close to out hotel with good soup. My wife and I ordered thr tomato soup and it was fantastic. Honestly it was probably the best tomato soup I’ve ever had. My wife agrees. I also had the NC trout and split collared greens with my wife. Both were very good. We split a scoop of gelato for dessert. The restaurant is cozy, we walked in downstairs through the bar but decided to be seated upstairs. We will definitely be back the next time we come to visit Charlotte.

Rooster’s is a great go-to. Always consistent, the service is attentive and friendly, well seasoned food. We were there with a large group, so I really filled up on the appetizers… and barely had room for a salad dinner. Lol. But I tried a bit of almost everything.

Just checked into the nearby AC Hotel and went looking for dinner, Rooster’s caught my eye, and I’m glad it did. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the bar had a solid red wine selection to kick things off. For dinner, I went with the wood-fired dark meat chicken, and it absolutely lived up to the name. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and paired with a southern vinegar-based BBQ sauce that was so good I nearly licked the bowl clean. On the side, I ordered the shishito peppers, a personal favorite. They were wood-fired as well, tasty overall, though a bit undercooked for my preference. Service was smooth and friendly, and the food quality was excellent. Rooster’s is definitely a spot I’d return to on future trips to Charlotte. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a wood-fired meal done right.

We love to visit Roosters when we are in Charlotte. It is always an excellent meal. The staff and atmosphere make for a great experience. I can't stray away from the braised short rib and we always make sure we get this and try a few other things. We had the squid this time and it was made fresh and was very tender. We were celebrating a birthday and we treated to a nice desert.
